THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER/LECTURER AND THE PUPIL/STUDENT

• The teacher/lecturer fulfill the role of facilitator.

• The pupils/students play the active participating role. They are the doers in this exercise. They must:
  * be creative
  * all be involved
  * all participate equally
  * be persuasive
  * short and to the point
  * speak clearly
  * be open for criticism
  * share ideas freely
  * hitch-hike on each other's ideas
  * provide constructive suggestions rather than negative criticisms
