WHY PROBLEM SOLVING?

• We are confronted dayly with different problems. 

• The purposes of this approach are:
  *    to have pupils/students consider and reflect  upon a variety of problems that can take place in the context of the topics/subjects/disciplines under consideration in the course,
  *    practice research,
  *    work with real problems and issues and 
  *    discover ways of dealing with the problems and issues.
